To secure, centralize and easily find data, e-thermo™ is structured into several databases: standard bank, private bank, DIPPR®, DETHERM®. As soon as you create your e-thermo™ account, you'll have access to thousands of data records, but above all you'll be able to feed your own secure and confidential database.

Capitalize all your company’s properties in a single digital safe

The e-thermo™ data management solution enables its users to capitalize their physical properties in their company’s private databank. The latter is structured according to the company’s organization: by project, by department, by activity, etc. In this way, it is possible to compartmentalize access to data according to users and the desired organization.

The company’s private database can be populated by :

internal properties already in the company’s possession,
laboratory measurements carried out by Processium on behalf of the company,
Properties obtained on DETHERM®.

Physical and chemical properties are inserted via a simple, secure process by users with insertion rights. These may be company users or members of the e-thermo™ support team.

A secure insertion process

Whether measured or identified in the literature, the process of inserting these physico-chemical properties enables you to feed your private database securely and reliably.

Data insertion

To insert data, the e-thermo™ user has two options: insert his or her data independently, or call on our teams.

The guarantor of the insertion must then choose the level of confidence he gives to this new data and is obliged to indicate his reference sources before it passes to the next stage of validation.

Validation

When creating a company database, a workflow must first be defined internally.

This involves determining a validation referent for each piece of data inserted. Taking into account the source of the data and the level of confidence assigned to it, this person will then validate all data marked with a specific pictogram, “awaiting validation”.

Method and follow-up

It’s very easy to insert data into e-thermo™; a simple copy and paste from an Excel spreadsheet is all it takes! It’s also possible to add data measured by our laboratories specifically for an e-thermo™ user.

Last but not least, this two-step insertion method is highly ergonomic and provides optimum data traceability. Each piece of data has a history that includes the authors of its insertion and validation, its sources and its reliability.
